Return Policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Customers are welcome to request returns up to 14 days after delivery, given there have not been any alterations made to the watch or product. If a watch or product is returned and found to be altered in any way, returns can be denied without refund and sent back to the customer. Watches that are sold as New and Unworn will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
